Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified via email if there is a significant delay in processing.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) using the following services:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (standard shipping)

  • USPS Priority Mail (expedited shipping)

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (express shipping)

Shipping method selection is available at checkout where applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All shipping costs are calculated directly through USPS at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.

Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that delivery timeframes begin after the 1–3 business day processing period.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

All tracking updates and delivery confirmations are provided via email through USPS.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
